GOTS Certified

In a Nutshell:GOTS is the gold standard for the sustainable processing of clothing and textiles made with organically grown fibers (like organic cotton).

Why you’ll love it: At least 70% organically grown fibers must be used for GOTS certification. Not be treated with bleach, formaldehyde or any other toxic substances - be colored with nontoxic dyes —but that isn’t enough. GOTS also has strict standards for the entire processing chain to ensure you, the workers creating a product, and the environment remain unharmed.

Fair Trade

In a Nutshell:Based on the idea that the products we buy and sell are connected to the livelihoods of others, Fair Trade is a way to make a conscious choice for a better world. When a product is Fair Trade Certified™, you know it was made according to rigorous social, environmental, and economic standards.

Why you’ll love it:When you choose items that support worker welfare, you help reduce child labor, create a real living wage directly to qualified workers, and much more.

OEKO-TEX

In a Nutshell:When you see the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® mark, you’re protected from the harmful chemicals and toxins commonly used in textile production.

Why you’ll love it:OEKO-TEX® not only prohibits the use of substances already proven to harmful to humans, but also those that remain unregulated by the government.
